thread(thread: APIThreadResolvable): `/thread/${string}`
Route for the following:
- GET /thread/${thread}
- POST /thread/${thread}
Parameters
- thread: APIThreadResolvable
  The ID of the thread.
Returns `/thread/${string}`
- Defined in rest/v2/threads.ts:157
